Delivery areas

We currently deliver to all of Lebanon. If you’re unsure whether we can reach your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Order processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.

Shipping fees

Delivery across Lebanon costs $5. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more.

Delivery details

Please provide your full address, including your area, street, building, floor, and a reachable phone number.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update them before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may cause delays or additional courier charges, which we’ll explain before arranging redelivery.

Missed deliveries

If the courier cannot complete your delivery, contact us to arrange the next steps. Additional delivery fees may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery. Any fee will be confirmed with you in advance.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and details of the issue. Include photos where possible for damaged or incorrect items.

We’ll investigate with the courier where needed and help arrange an appropriate resolution. Please also refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
